Group Coaching Program for New Nurses: "The New Nurses Nest" starts May 2024

This group coaching program is for new (ish) nurses to join a cohort of peers who will learn my coaching tools to manage the mental and emotional challenges that inevitably come up when starting such an amazing career. My definition of "new" includes students in the last semester/quarter of their nursing programs, up to 2 or 3 years as a new nurse. You can be from any type of RN program. LPN's may be added later. You will receive support from a veteran nurse (me), learn coaching tools to manage your mind and stress and yes, anxiety (this is who I have specifically created my programs for!). It's a weekly 3-month program (12 sessions) consisting of both education and coaching in a group setting. It is very powerful what you can gain by hearing other people be coached. Especially when you are all going through the same struggles!
